A 1,200 sqm two-storey activation pavilion engineered for LEAP — Saudi Arabia's flagship tech week. We architected an immersive customer journey, layered with kinetic LED, live demos, and an upper-deck VIP lounge that hosted 320+ executive meetings across four days.

The Challenge
Deliver an architecturally complex two-storey build inside a 72-hour load-in window while maintaining a flawless live-demo floor for 12,400 visitors.
Our Approach
Pre-fabricated modular structures, parallel rigging crews, and a dedicated visitor-flow analyst on-site each day. A live show-control desk ran demo timings, lighting cues, and crowd density alerts in one unified view.
