The Challenge
Deliver a broadcast-grade national spectacle with zero margin for error — coordinating 300+ performers, 500 drones, pyro, and a live linear broadcast feed.
Our Approach
Eight weeks of pre-production, four full dress rehearsals on-pitch, and a triple-redundant show-control architecture. Drone, pyro and lighting were locked to a single timecode shared with the broadcast truck.
